The effect transformational leadership, perceived organizational support, self efficacy on work engagement at employee BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Area
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership, perceived organizational support, self efficacy terhadap work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan Transfrormational Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support dan Self Efficacy sebagai variabel bebas serta Work Engagement sebagai variabel terikat. Data dikumpulkan dari 183 karyawan yang bekerja di BPJS Kesehatan wilayah Jakarta dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisis regresi.Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif transformational leadership terhadap work engagement, terdapat pengaruh positif perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement, terdapat pengaruh positif self efficacy terhadap work engagement.Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan pemimpin untuk dapat memberikan motivasi dan semangat bekerja dengan lebih baik, mempertahankan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dengan mendengarkan pendapat atau keluhan karyawan, serta memberikan dorongan dari rekan kerja maupun atasan agar karyawan lebih terikat pada perusahaan. Disarankan juga untuk peneliti selanjutnya untuk melakukan penelitian di sektor atau industry lainnya seperti sektor property, menggunakan jumlah responden yang lebih banyak sehingga memperoleh data yang lebih akurat, dan dapat menambahkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi work engagement seperti authentic leadership dan organizational culture.
T The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of transformational leadership, perceived organizational support and self efficacy on work engagement. This study uses Transformational Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support and Self Efficacy as independent variable and Work Engagement as dependent variable. Data were collected from 183 employees who work at BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta area. The data collection technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Analysis method used in this study using the method of statistical data analysis (average) and regression analysis.The result of the hypothesis test in the study show that there is a positive influence on transformational leadership on work engagement, there is a positive influence on perceived organizational support on work engagement, there is a positive influence on self efficacy on work engagement.From the result of this study, it is recommended to be able to motivate and work better, maintain human resource management by listening to employee opinions or complaints, as well as encouraging colleaguese and employees to direct them to the company. It is also recommended for futher researchers to conduct research in other sectors or industries such as the property sector, using a larger number of reTransformational Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, SelfEfficacy, Work Engagement.spondents so as to obtain more accurate data, and can add other variable that can affect work engagement such as authentic leadership and organizational culture.
