Pengaruh transformational leadership, transactional leadership terhadap organizational performance yang dimediasi employee creativity pada karyawan PT. Baroca Trimedia Nusantara
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership terhadap Organizational Performance yang dimediasi Employee Creativity pada Karyawan PT. Baroca Trimedia Nusantara. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode uji hipotesis, yang bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh positif antara variabel menggunakan Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM) dibantu program AMOS 21. Data dikumpulkan dari 140 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Baroca Trimedia Nusantara yang di ambil menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Creativity, lalu Transactional Leadership tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Creativity, kemudian terdapat pengaruh positif Employee Creativity terhadap Organizational Performance, kemudian Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Performance, lalu Transactional Leadership tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Performance, kemudian terdapat pengaruh positif untuk pengujian Transformational Leadership terhadap Organizational Performance yang dimediasi oleh Employee Creativity, lalu terdapat pengaruh positif untuk pengujian Transactional Leadership terhadap Organizational Performance yang dimediasi Employee Creativity. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada variabel Transformational Leadership, diharapkan pemimpin lebih memberikan sebagian waktunya untuk memberi pelatihan dan mengajarkan karyawan. Berdasarkan variabel Transformational Leadership, pemimpin dapat memberikan motivasi pada karyawan dengan memberi reward pada karyawan yang telah berhasil menyeselaikan suatu pekerjaan. Berdasarkan variabel Employee Creativity, diharapkan pemimpin dapat memberikan dorongan kepada karyawan untuk menghasilkan teknologi, proses, ataupun ide kreatif baru. Berdasarkan variabel Organizational Performance, diharapkan pemimpin lebih memperhatikan dan menghargai kinerja karyawan.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership on Organizational Performance mediated by Employee Creativity on Employees of PT. Baroca Trimedia Nusantara. The research design used in this study is a hypothesis testing method, which aims to test whether there is a positive influence between variables using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) assisted by the AMOS 21 program. Data were collected from 140 employees who work at PT. Baroca Trimedia Nusantara taken using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Creativity, then Transactional Leadership does not have a positive effect on Employee Creativity, then there is a positive effect of Employee Creativity on Organizational Performance, then Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on Organizational Performance, then Transactional Leadership has no positive effect on Organizational Performance, then there is a positive effect for testing Transformational Leadership on Organizational Performance mediated by Employee Creativity, then there is a positive effect for testing Transactional Leadership on Organizational Performance mediated by Employee Creativity.Based on the results of research on the Transformational Leadership variable, so that leaders give more of their time to provide training and teach employees. Based on the Transformational Leadership variable, leaders can motivate employees by rewarding employees who have successfully completed a job. Based on the Employee Creativity variable, it is expected that leaders can provide encouragement to employees to produce new technologies, processes, or creative ideas. Based on the Organizational Performance variable, it is expected that leaders will pay more attention to and appreciate employee performance.
