T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh Creative Self- Efficacy, Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity terhadap Individual Creativity pada karyawan perusahaan PT.Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine. Besarnya responden yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden dari total 100 responden menggunakan rumus slovin dan metode pengambilan data menggunakan Teknik Convenience Sampling yaitu merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kemudahan. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari objek penelitian dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif untuk menganalisa Creative Self-Efficacy, Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity dan Individual Creativity dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan software SPSS 15.0 untuk menganalisis pengaruh Creative SelfEfficacy, Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity terhadap Individual Creativity. Berdasarkan hasil statistik deskriptif, nilai rata-rata variabel Creative SelfEfficacy sebesar 3.90 yang berarti karyawan pada PT.Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine merasa mereka memiliki kepercayaan diri akan kreativitas dan nilai ratarata variabel Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity adalah sebesar 3.74 yang berarti karyawan pada PT. Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine merasakan adanya dukungan organisasi terhadap kreativitas mereka dan Individual Creativity memiliki rata-rata sebesar 3.83 yang berarti karyawan pada PT.Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine merasa mereka memiliki kreativitas individu. Dari hasil analisis regresi berganda Creative Self-Efficacy, Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity terhadap Individual Creativity diketahui variabel Creative Self-Efficacy terhadap Individual Creativity menunjukan p-value sebesar 0,000 < alpha 0,05 dengan koefisien sebesar 0,446 dan Variabel Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity terhadap Individual Creativity menunjukan pvalue sebesar 0,004 < alpha 0,05 dengan koefisien sebesar 0,354. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Creative Self-Efficacy memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Individual Creativity dan juga Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Individual Creativity.

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Creative SelfEfficacy, Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity toward Individual Creativity at the employees of PT. Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine. The amount of respondents who have been researched in this study are 50 respondents from a total of 100 respondents using the Slovin Formula and data retrieval method using a convenience sampling technique which is a technique based on the convenience way to gather the data . The collection of data used in this study is the primary data which means the data obtained directly from the object of study by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics to analyze the Creative Self-Efficacy, Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity and Individual Creativity and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 15.0 software to analyze the influence of Creative Self-Efficacy, Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity on Individual Creativity. Based on the results of descriptive statistics, the average value of Creative Self-Efficacy variable are 3.9033, which means employees at PT. Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine feel they have the confidence of creativity and the average value of the variable Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity is at 3.7400 which means that employees at PT. Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine perceive organizational support to their creativity and Individual Creativity has an average of 3.8360, which means employees at PT. Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine feel they have the creativity of individuals. From the results of multiple regression analysis of the Creative Self-Efficacy, Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity toward Individual Creativity. Creative Self-Efficacy to Individual Creativity shows the p-value of 0.000 <0.05 with a coefficient alpha of 0.446 and Variable Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity to Individual Creativity shows the p-value of 0.004 <0.05 with a coefficient alpha of 0.354, From these results we can conclude that the Creative Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant influence on Individual Creativity and Perceived Organizational Support for Creativity also has a positive and significant influence on Individual Creativity
