Pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap innovative work behavior yang dimediasi oleh person-organization fit di Hotel Sheraton Grand Jakarta-Gandaria City
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PerceivedOrganizational Support Terhadap Innovative Work Behavior yang Dimediasi olehPerson-Organization Fit di Hotel Sheraton Grand Jakarta-Gandaria City. Metodepengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei denganmenggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposivesampling pada karyawan Hotel Sheraton Grand Jakarta-Gandaria City, sebanyak 103karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling(SEM) dengan Amos versi 6.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: PerceivedOrganizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative WorkBehavior, dan berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Person-Organization.Peran Person-Organization Fit selain berpengaruh langsung secara positif signifikanterhadap Innovative Work Behavior, variabel Person-Organization Fit juga mampumembuktikan menjadi mediasi penting dari pengaruh Perceived OrganizationalSupport terhadap Innovative Work Behavior.

Techniqueselected sampel with purposive sampling with as many 103 employees in HotelSheraton Grand Jakarta-Gandaria City. Analyzed data method in this research usedanalysis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by AMOS version 6.0. The results ofthis study indicate that: Perceived Organizational Support can have positive effectsand significant on Innovative Work Behavior, but also it has positive effects andsignificant impact on Person-Organization Fit. The role of Person-Organization Fitother than a direct impact positive significant on Innovative Work Behavior, Person-Organization Fit variable also capable of being proved as mediator important fromthe influence of Perceived Organizational Support toward Innovative WorkBehavior.
