P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Satisfaction, PerceivedOrganizational Support, Employee Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode pengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS 22.0. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 120 karyawan Merlynn Park Hotel yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Job Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention dan terdapat pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Turnover Intention, serta terdapat pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer agar memperhatikan Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support, dan Employee Engagement yang dapat menurunkan Turnover Intention.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, Perceived OrganizationalSupport, Employee Engagement on Turnover Intention. The research conducted is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 software. The data in the study were collected from 120 employees of Merlynn Park Hotel which is located at Central Jakarta using the census method. The results of hypothesis testing in the study indicate that there is an effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention and there is an influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Turnover Intention, and there is an influence of Employee Engagement on Turnover Intention. The results of this study are expected to provide input for managers to pay attention to Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support, and EmployeeEngagement which can reduce Turnover Intention..
