P Perancangan Model Bisnis pada rencana pengembanganusaha knalpot “Ironcrafts Performanceâ€Ironcrafts Performance merupakan suatu usaha yang bergerak dibidang otomotif khususnya produksi knalpot untuk kendaraan roda empat bagi penggemar modifikasimobil. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu usaha Ironcrafts Performance perlumendefinisikan kembali bisnisnya agar dapat terus berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitianini yaitu mendapatkan suatu model bisnis baru serta menguji kelayakan pengembanganbisnis dari Ironcrafts Performance. Dalam merancang model bisnis pendekatan yangdigunakan adalah Design Thinking, yang dimulai dari Problem Statement Canvas, ValueProposition Canvas, Lean Canvas Dan Blue Ocean Strategy serta uji kelayakanpengembangan bisnis. Identifikasi masalah yang layak untuk dipecahkan yaitu saatkendaraannya menjadi terlalu berisik konsumen memiliki pilihan berbagai variasi knalpotdari Ironcrafts Performance. Gain yang didapat pada emphaty map yaitu konsumen ingintampilan kendaraannya menjadi lebih menarik dan mendapatkan after sales service yangbaik. Kemudian diperolehnya hasil jobs to be done pada tahap define yaitu Menawarkanvarian model produk baru dan inovasi produk untuk mengurangi kebisingan. Pada tahapideate yaitu menggunakan tool Value Proposition Canvas. Kemudian pada tahap LeanCanvas dapat memetakan 9 elemen sehingga mendapatkan revenue streams yaitu daripenjualan produk, jasa pemasangan dan jasa repair. Penggunaan Blue Ocean Strategypada tahap validasi menciptakan keunggulan yang tidak dimiliki oleh pesaing yaituinovasi produk pulse chamber exhaust dan menciptakan website untuk membantu promodan penjualan. Hasil uji kelayakan bisnis dengan biaya investasi sebesar Rp.928.340.000.didapatkan hasil Break Event Point sebesar 307 unit (lebih kecil dari kapasitas produksisaat ini, Net Present Value bernilai positif sebesar Rp.884.149.509,48. Internal Rate ofReturn sebesar 57,3% di atas bunga bank, Payback Period selama 1 tahun 3 bulan,Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengembangan bisnisIroncrafts Performance layak dikembangkan.

The purpose of this research is to obtain a new businessmodel and test the feasibility of developing a business from Ironcrafts Performance. Indesigning a business model, the approach used is Design Thinking, starting with theProblem Statement Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Lean Canvas and Blue OceanStrategy as well as business development feasibility tests. Then get the results of jobs to be done at the define stage,namely offering new product model variants and product innovation to reduce noise.At the ideate stage, namely using the Value Proposition Canvas tool. Then at the LeanCanvas stage you can map 9 elements so that you get revenue streams, namely fromproduct sales, installation services and repair services.
