Rancangan bisnis model board game sebagai media pembelajaran fisika cahaya dan alat optik untuk siswa sekolah menengah pertama
D Dunia pendidikan saat ini menjadi salah satu bidang yang mengalami dampak buruk daripenyebaran virus melular Covid-19 di Indonesia. Mulai dari tanggal 16 Maret 2020 pendidikanformal di sekolah dialihkan menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) yang dilakukan secaraindividu di rumah masing-masing. Semua yang terlibat dalam PJJ ini dituntut untuk beradaptasidengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada sebagai media pembelajaran. Penurunan hasilbelajar siswa tidak akan bisa semaksimal pembelajaran secara tatap muka, karena kompetensisiswa secara rata-rata hanya terpenuhi 50 % yang berujung pada penurunan nilai rata-ratasebesar 30 %. Data ini saya dapatkan dari wawancara dengan Guru Matematika SMP BudiMulia, Jakarta Pusat yang mewakili keluhan guru-guru. Diperlukan peran serta orang tua dalampengawasan belajar daring di rumah. Diperlukan adanya suatu tambahan media pembeljaaranberbentuk Board Game Based Learning yang mampu menunjang PJJ selama pandemic bagisiswa SMP.Perancangan model bisnis produk menggunakan metode yaitu Design Thinking,Value Proposition Canvas, Lean Canvas, dan Blue Ocean Strategy, validasi, danperhitungannya kelayakan bisnis dengan Break Even Point. Design Thinking dapat membantumemahami permasalahan dan keinginan serta kebutuhan konsumen yaitu siswa SMP usia 12-15 tahun. Value Proposition Canvas mengusulkan perancangan Board Game Based LearningFisika materi Cahaya & alat optic yang mampu dapat membantu siswa dalam memahamimateri , mengurangi kebosanan sambil belajar dan bermain interaktif, yang melibatkanpsikomotorik, Blue Ocean Strategy yaitu menciptakan inovasi produk yang unggul dari pesaingdari segi single mode, tambahan rumus, tanpa pesaing di bidang mata pelajaran Fisika, dankesesuain dengan kurikulum SMP 2013. Uji Validasi menyatakan 78.37 % responden setujudengan perancangan konsep MVP dan sebanayak 82 % setuju untuk mebeli produk. Ujikelayakan bisnis dinytakan layak dengan profit Rp.18.805.000,00 dengan Bep Unit 44.29 unitdan payback period 0.12 bulan.
T The world of education is currently one of the areas that are experiencing the adverse effectsof the spread of the Covid-19 melular virus in Indonesia. Starting from March 16, 2020 formaleducation in schools is diverted into distance learning (PJJ) conducted individually in theirhomes. All involved in this PJJ are required to adapt by utilizing existing technology as amedium of learning. The decrease in students' learning outcomes will not be as much as faceto-face learning, because the average student's competence is only met by 50% which leads toa decrease in average grades by 30%. This data I got from an interview with a Math Teacherat SMP Budi Mulia, Central Jakarta representing the complaints of teachers. Parentalparticipation in online learning supervision is required at home. There is a need for anadditional media development in the form of Board Game Based Learning that is able tosupport PJJ during the pandemic for junior high school students. Designing product businessmodels using methods namely Design Thinking, Value Proposition Canvas, Lean Canvas,Business Model Canvas, and Blue Ocean Strategy, validation, and calculation of businessfeasibility with Break Even Point. Design Thinking can help understand the problems andwants and needs of consumers, namely junior high school students aged 12-15 years. ValueProposition Canvas proposes the design of Board Game Based Learning Physics light materials&optic tools that can help students in understanding the material, reduce boredom whilelearning and interactive play, involving psychomotor, Blue Ocean Strategy that creates superiorproduct innovations from competitors in terms of single mode, additional formulas, withoutcompetitors in the field of physics subjects , and conformity with the 2013 SMP curriculum.Validation Test stated that 78.37% of respondents agreed with the design of mvp concept andas many as 82% agreed to furniture products. The business feasibility test is declared feasiblewith a profit of Rp.18.805.000,00 with Bep Unit of 44.29 units and payback period of 0.12months.
