T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Supervisor Supportterhadap Work Engagement pada pegawai perusahaan media Siber Lokal diIndonesia Timur, untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap WorkEngagement pada pegawai perusahaan Media Siber Lokal di Indonesia Timur,untuk menganalisis pengaruh Supervisor Support terhadap Turnover Intentionpada pegawai perusahaan Media Siber Lokal di Indonesia Timur, untukmenganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Turnover Intention padapegawai perusahaan media Siber Lokal Di Indonesia Timur, untuk menganalisispengaruh Work Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention pada pegawaiperusahaan Media Siber Lokal di Indonesia Timur, untuk menganalisis pengaruhSupervisor Supportterhadap Turnover Intention dimediasi oleh Work Engagementpada Pegawai perusahaan media siber lokal Di Indonesia Timur, untukmenganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Turnover Intention dimediasioleh Work Engagementpada pegawai perusahaan media Siber Lokal di IndonesiaTimur. Purposive sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel denganmenentukan kriteria tertentu. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah dua ratuspegawai pada perusahaan media siber local di Indonesia Timur sebagai obyekpenelitian. Analisis model persamaan struktural dengan dan hipotesis diuji denganmenggunakan AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruhnegatif dan signifikan supervisor support dan work life balance terhadap turnoverintention dimediasi oleh work engagement. Implikasi dalam penelitian inimenujukkan bahwa Supervisor support terlihat dari keinginan supervisor untukmenjalin hubungan baik dengan pegawai yang ada di perusahaan sehinggamenurunkan turnover intention. Supervisor dapat memberikan penghargaankepada pegawai yang bekerja di perusahaan. Hubungan baik dapat terbentukdengan menjaga kepercayaan yang diberikan supervisor kepada para pegawainya,menciptakan interaksi positif antara supervisor dengan pegawai.

Purposive sampling is a sampling technique by determining certaincriteria. Respondents in this study were two hundred employees at local cybermedia companies in Eastern Indonesia as research objects. Structural equationmodel analysis with and hypotheses tested using AMOS version 24. The resultsshowed a negative and significant effect of supervisor support and work lifebalance on turnover intention mediated by work engagement. The implications ofthis study show that Supervisor support can be seen from the supervisor's desireto establish good relations with employees in the company, thereby reducingturnover intention. Supervisors can give awards to employees who work in thecompany. Good relations can be formed by maintaining the trust given bysupervisors to their employees, creating positive interactions between supervisorsand employees.
