Perancangan model dan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan menggunakan Metode Balanced Scorecard di PT. Partindo Karyaguna Sejahtera
P PT Partindo Karyaguna Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa finishing product. Permasalahan yang tejadi adalah banyaknya produk yang cacat pada tahun 2018 dan mengalami penurunan omzet perusahaan sebesar 14% dan penurunan persentase laba perusahaan sebesar 1,9%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat rancangan model dan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard. Tahapan perancangan Balanced Scorecard adalah merumuskan misi, nilai, tujuan, dan strategi perusahaan, menentukan perspektif Balanced Scorecard, menentukan value chain analysis, menentukan porter’s five forces analysis, menentukan SWOT analysis, menentukan sasaran strategis, menentukan peta strategi, menentukan ukuran strategis, menentukan target, merumuskan inisiatif strategi, dan implementasi Balanced Scorecard. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka didapatkan 12 Key Performance Indicator dan berdasarkan perhitungan bobot dengan menggunakan Pairwise Comparison, maka didapatkan bobot perspektif keuangan sebesar 34,14%, bobot perspektif pelanggan sebesar 17,77%, bobot perspektif proses bisnis internal sebesar 25,95%, bobot perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan sebesar 10,05%, dan kinerja perusahaan PT Partindo Karyaguna Sejahtera pada tahun 2018 digolongkan dalam kondisi “Sangat Sehatâ€, kategori AA dengan total skor kinerja perusahaan sebesar 87,91%.

The problem that occurred is the company's performance is the number of products defect in 2018 and decreased company turnover by 14% and a decrease in the percentage of company profits by 1.9%. The purpose of this research is to make a model design and measurement of company performance using the Balanced Scorecard method. The stages of designing a Balanced Scorecard are formulating the mission, values, objectives, and strategy of the company, determining the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard, determining the value chain analysis, determining the porter's five forces analysis, determining the SWOT analysis, determining the strategic objectives, determining the strategic map, determining the strategic size, determining the target , formulating strategic initiatives, and implementing the Balanced Scorecard. From the results of the research conducted, 12 Key Performance Indicators were obtained and based on weight calculation using Pairwise Comparison, obtained a financial perspective weighting of 34.14%, customer perspective weighting of 17.77%, internal business process perspective weighting of 25.95 %, the weight of learning and growth perspective is 10.05%, and the performance of PT Partindo Karyaguna Sejahtera in 2018 is classified as "Very Healthy", AA category with a total score of company performance of 87.91%.
