P Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizationalsupport, transformational leadership, terhadap organizational citizenship behaviordimediasi oleh work engagement pada karyawan telkomsel di daerah jakarta. penelitianini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang menghasilkansebanyak 215 responden dari karyawan telkomsel di jakarta. teknik pengolahan datayang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta structural equation model(sem) menggunakan software spss versi 25 dan amos versi 24. hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational supportberpengaruh positif,transformational leadership berpengaruh positif , work engagement berpengaruh postifterhadap organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational supportberpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang dimediasi olehwork engagement, transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadaporganizational citizenship behavior yang dimediasi oleh work engagement. perusahaandapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, telkomsel perlu menciptakan lingkungan kerjayang peduli, mendorong keterlibatan, dan menghargai kontribusi sukarela. pendekatanini akan membentuk karyawan yang loyal, antusias, dan proaktif, sehingga mampumenghadapi tekanan dan perubahan industri dengan lebih baik.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support,transformational leadership, on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by workengagement on telkomsel employees in the jakarta area. this study was conductedquantitatively by distributing questionnaires that resulted in 215 respondents fromtelkomsel employees in jakarta. data processing techniques used include validity tests,reliability tests, and structural equation models (sem) using spss software version 25and amos version 24. the results showed that perceived organizational support has apositive effect, transformational leadership has a positive effect, work engagement hasa positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizationalsupport has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by workengagement, transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizationalcitizenship behavior mediated by work engagement. companies can improve employeeperformance, telkomsel needs to create a caring work environment, encourageinvolvement, and appreciate voluntary contributions. this approach will form loyal,enthusiastic, and proactive employees, so that they are able to face pressure and industrychanges better.
