Pengaruh positif perceived organizational support terhadap affective commitment pada karyawan lembaga Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris EF (English First) Jakarta Barat
P Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadapAffective Commitment. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden Karyawan Lembaga Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris EF (English First) Jakarta - Barat.Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 21. Hasil statistik deskriptif PerceivedOrganizational Support memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 3.7975, Hasil statistik deskriptif Affective Commitment sebesar 3.6300. Hasil pengaruh postitif dari Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Affective Commitment menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dapat dilihat melalui p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05.
P Purpose of this study analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support onAffective Commitment. Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 50respondents at English Education Institutions EF (English First) West Jakarta. This research using SPSS version 21. The result of descriptive Perceived Organizational Support statistic has an average value of 3.7975, Descriptive statistics of Affective Commitment of 3.6300. The result of postitive influence from Perceived Organizational Support to Affective Commitment shows that there is positive influence can be seen through p-value of 0.000 <0.05
