P Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari green human resource management, green self-efficacy, green perceived organizational support terhadap green creativity pada PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersifat data primer dan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diisi oleh karyawan departemen QHSE PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisa regresi berganda dengan software SPSS versi 25. Responden dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 100 karyawan departemen QHSE dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif green human resource management terhadap green creativity, terdapat pengaruh positif green self-efficacy terhadap green creativity, terdapat pengaruh positif green perceived organizational support terhadap green creativity. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi perusahaan agar memperhatikan faktor pemberian pelatihan hijau, memberikan motivasi dan penghargaan, mempromosikan green perceived organizational support karyawan dan mengadakan kampanye lingkungan adalah hal yang perlu di perhatikan untuk meningkatkan perilaku hijau karyawann meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan dalam menemukan solusi yang kreatif untuk masalah lingkungan, mendorong karyawan untuk menggunakan perilaku kreatif untuk mencapai tujuan lingkungan dan karyawan akan lebih percaya diri untuk mempromosikan dan memperjuangkan ide-ide ramah lingkungan.

T This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of environmentally friendly human resource management, environmentally friendly self- efficacy, perceived environmentally friendly organizational support on environmentally friendly creativity at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. The data used in this study are primary data and collected by distributing questionnaires filled in by employees of the QHSE department of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and for testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis with SPSS software version 25. Respondents in the study were collected from 100 employees of the QHSE department using a purposive sampling method. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positive influence of environmentally friendly human resource management on environmentally friendly creativity, there is a positive influence of environmentally friendly self-efficacy on environmentally friendly creativity, there is a positive influence of perceptions of environmentally friendly organizational support on environmentally friendly creativity. From the results of this study it is hoped that it can provide input for companies to pay attention to the factors of providing green training, providing motivation and rewards, promoting environmentally friendly organizational support for employees and holding environmental campaigns are things that need to be considered to increase employee green behavior increasing employee confidence in finding solutions who are creative for environmental issues, encourage employees to use creative behavior to achieve environmental goals and employees will be more confident to promote and fight for environmentally friendly ideas.
