Pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap employee creativity yang di mediasi oleh perceived organizational support pada karywawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Grogol Jakarta Barat
S Sifat kepemimpinan yang baik sangat di butuhkan dalam sebuah perusahaan ataupun organisasi. Sifat tersebut dapat membantu meningkatkan motivasi ataupun semangat kerja bagi karyawan yang ada dalam perusahaan. Sifat kepemimpinan yang kurang baik dapat berdampak buruk bagi karyawan dalam perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, sifat kepemimpinan seperti Transformational Leadership dapat sangat membantu dalam perusahaan untuk mengembangkan kembali motivasi dan semangat kerja bagi karyawan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Creativity yang dimediasi Perceived Organizational Support pada karyawan PT Bank Central Asia TBK Grogol Jakarta Barat. Desain / metodologi / pendekatan penelitian ini didasarkan pada data survei yang dikumpulkan dari 220 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Bank Central Asia TBK Grogol Jakarta Barat. Analisis validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan, dan efek langsung dan tidak langsung diuji menggunakan SEM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Transformational Leadership secara positif mempengaruhi Employee Creativity dan Perceived Organizational Support.
T The nature of good leadership is needed in a company or organization. These traits can help increase motivation or morale for employees in the company. Poor character of leadership can have a negative impact on employees in the company. Therefore, leadership traits such as Transformational Leadership can be very helpful in the company to re-develop motivation and morale for employees. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Creativity mediated by Perceived Organizational Support for employees of PT Bank Central Asia TBK Grogol West Jakarta. The design / methodology / approach of this research is based on survey data collected from 220 employees working at PT Bank Central Asia TBK Grogol West Jakarta. Analysis of validity and reliability was carried out, and direct and indirect effects were tested using SEM. The results show that Transformational Leadership positively affects Employee Creativity and Perceived Organizational Support. This research is one of the first to test Transformational Leadership towards Employee Creativity mediated by Perceived Organizational Support, especially in Indonesia and in the banking sector.
