Pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh work stress pada karyawan PT. Multiguna International Persada di Jakarta
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap turnover intentiton yang dimediasi oleh Work Stress di PT. Multiguna International Persada Jakarta. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 160 karyawan PT. Multiguna Internatonal Persada.Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan alat analisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap work stress, yang kemudian transformational leadership berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, yang kemudian work stress berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, yang kemudian transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh work stress.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on turnover intention mediated by work stress at PT. Multiguna International Persada Jakarta. Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 160 respondents employees such as supervisor, senior staff, staff and junior staff at PT. Multiguna International Jakarta.The sample collection method used in this research is purposive sampling and analytic tool using SEM (Structural Equation Model). Based on the result of hypotheses testing it can be concluded that transformational leadership has positive impact on work stress, transformational leadership has negative impact on turnover intention, work stress has positive impact turnover intention, transformational leadership has positive impact on turnover intention mediated by work stress.
