Pengaruh quality management terhadap green innovation dengan intensitas penelitian dan pengembangan sebagai variabel moderasi
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh qualitymanagement terhadap green innovation dengan Intensitas penlitian danpengembangan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan denganmenggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yangterdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2018-2020. Sampel yang dipilhdengan metode purposive sampling sehingga menghasilkan 17 perusahaandengan total pengamatan 51 sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian iniadalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa quality management berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadapgreen innovation, intensitas penelitian dan pengembangan berpengaruhsignifikan dan positif terhadap green innovation, dan intensitas penelitian danpengembangan memperlemah hubungan quality management terhadap greeninnovation.Kata Kunci: Green Innovation, Quality Management, Intensitas Penelitian danPengembangan.
T The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of qualitymanagement on green innovation with research and development intensity as amoderating variable. This research was conducted using quantitative methods.The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia StockExchange. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companieslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2020. The sample wasselected by purposive sampling method so as to produce 17 companies with atotal observation of 51 research samples. The analysis technique of this researchis Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study, itshows that quality management has a significant positive effect on greeninnovation, the intensity of research and development has a significant andpositive effect on green innovation, and the intensity of research anddevelopment weakens the relationship between quality management and greeninnovation.
