Pengaruh ethical leadership terhadap affective commitment, procedural justice, dan innovation behavior pada karyawan PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) ekspress di Jakarta barat
P Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Affective Commitment, Procedural Justice, dan Innovation Behavior pada karyawan PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Ekspress di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Ethical Leadership sebagai variabel bebas serta Affective Commitment, Procedural Justice, dan Innovation Behavior sebagai variabel terikat.Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan dari 147 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Ekspress di Jakarta Barat, melalui pengisian kuesioner berupa google form dengan menggunakan purposive sampling.Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Affective Commitment dan terdapat pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Procedural Justice serta terdapat pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Innovation Behavior. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dan meningkatkan Ethical Leadership serta mempertahankan Affective Commitment, Procedural Justice, dan Innovation Behavior pada karyawan PT. Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Jalur Ekspres di Jakarta Barat.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of ethical leadership on affective commitment, procedural justice, and innovation behavior in employees of PT. The Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Ekspress West Jakarta line. This study uses Ethical Leadership as the independent variable and Affective Commitment, Procedural Justice, and Innovation Behavior as the dependent variable.The research design used in this study is a quantitative method. The data in the study were collected from 147 employees who work at PT. The Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Ekspress West Jakarta route was completed by filling out a questionnaire in the form of a google form using purposive sampling..The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is an influence of Ethical Leadership on Affective Commitment and there is an influence of Ethical Leadership on Procedural Justice and there is an influence of Ethical Leadership on Innovation Behavior. The results of this study are expected to improve and enhance Ethical Leadership and maintain Affective Commitment, Procedural Justice, and Innovation Behavior on employees of PT. Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Ekspress in West Jakarta.
