P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi Pengaruh Diversity Management danPublic Service Motivation terhadap Innovative Behaivor yang di mediasi olehAffective Commitment pada pegawai Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) JakartaBarat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersifat data primer dan dihimpundengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui g-form yang diisi oleh pegawai BadanPertanahan Nasional (BPN) Jakarta Barat. Metode pengumpulan sampelmenggunakan metode sensus sebanyak 115 sampel. Teknik pengolahan data yangdigunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pengujian instrument seperti uji validitas danrealibitas serta structural equation modeling (SEM) menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Diversity Management berpengaruh terhadapAffective Commitment, Public Service Motivation berpengaruh terhadap AffectiveCommitment, Diversity Management berpengaruh terhadap Innovative Behaivoryang dimediasi oleh Affective Commitment, Public Service Motivation berpengaruhterhadap Innovative Behaivor, Public Service Motivation berpengaruh terhadapInnovative Behaivor yang dimediasi oleh Affective Commitment, AffectiveCommitment berpengaruh terhadap Innovative Behaivor. Implikasi dalam Diversity Management dapat meningkatkan keragaman yang menerapkan peraturanperusahaan untuk mengembangkan ideologi dan pemahaman kolektif, sehingga parapegawai dapat mengembangkan ide dan mencapai tujuan perushaan denganInnovative Behavior.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of diversity management and public servicemotivation on innovative behavior mediated by affective commitment to employees ofthe West Jakarta National Land Agency (BPN). The data used in this study areprimary data and collected by distributing questionnaires via g-forms filled in byemployees of the West Jakarta National Land Agency (BPN). The sample collectionmethod uses the census method of 115 samples. The data processing techniques usedin this study are instrument testing such as validity and reliability tests as well asstructural equation modeling (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS. The results showed thatDiversity Management influences Affective Commitment, Public Service Motivationinfluences Affective Commitment, Diversity Management influences InnovativeBehavior which is mediated by Affective Commitment, Public Service Motivationinfluences Innovative Behavior, Public Service Motivation influences InnovativeBehavior which is mediated by Affective Commitment, Affective Commitmentinfluences Innovative Behavior. The implications in Diversity Management canincrease the diversity that applies company regulations to develop ideology andcollective understanding, so that employees can develop ideas and achieve company goals with Innovative Behavior.
