P Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Affective Commitment, Supervisor Support terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan PT XYZ BUMN Jakarta. Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan dari 130 karyawan yang bekerja di PT XYZ BUMN Jakarta melalui pengisian kuisioner berupa google form dengan menggunakan non-prohability sampling serta metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data Regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Ethical Leadership terhadap Turnover Intention dan pengaruh negatif Job Satisfaction, Affective Commitment, Supervisor Support terhadap Turnover Intention.Implikasi bagi manajerial diharapkan para pimpinan perusahaan dapat menghormati, menegur secara baik-baik apabila ada karyawan yang melakukan kesalahan. dan mengapresiasi para karyawan untuk menciptakan Ethical Leadership yang baik, mempertahankan atau menjaga iklim kerja yang baik antara para staff atau karyawan sehingga meningkatkan Job Satisfaction, mempertahankan dan menjaga keterikatan secara emosional yang tinggi antara karyawan dengan perusahaan, meningkatkan keahlian melalui pelatihan-pelatihan yang belum didapati karyawan sebelumnya, menambah relasi bagi karyawan sehingga Affective Commitment antara karyawan dengan perusahaan, dan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan Supervisor Support dengan cara memberikan informasi penting terkait pekerjaan, tetap tegas dalam peraturan perusahaan dan adil terhadap karyawan serta tetap mengawasi pekerjaan yang dikerjakan oleh karyawan.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Ethical Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Affective Commitment, Supervisor Support to Turnover Intention on employees PT XYZ BUMN Jakarta. The data in the study were collected from 130 employees who work at PT XYZ BUMN Jakarta through filling out a questionnaire in the form of a google form using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling method. This research uses multiple regression data analysis method. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positive influence of Ethical Leadership on Turnover Intention and a negative effect of Job Satisfaction, Affective Commitment, Supervisor Support on Turnover Intention.The managerial implication is that it is expected that the company's leaders can respect, admonish properly if there are employees who make mistakes. and appreciate employees for creating good Ethical Leadership, maintaining or maintaining a good work climate between staff or employees so as to increase Job Satisfaction, maintaining and maintaining high emotional attachment between employees and the company, improving skills through trainings that have not been found previous employees, adding relationships for employees so that the Affective Commitment between employees and the company, and the company can increase Supervisor Support by providing important information related to work, remaining firm in company regulations and being fair to employees and keeping an eye on the work done by employees.
