T Tujuan - Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa organizational performance di lingkungan Puspenerbal Juanda Surabaya; mencakup Strategic Good Corporate Governance, human resources management, organizational culture.Metodologi Penelitian - Penelitian dilakukan di lingkungan Puspenerbal Juanda Surabaya, prajurit Puspenerbal dan Jajaran Puspenerbal Surabaya yang meliputi Mako Puspenerbal, Wing Udara I, Wing Udara 2, Wing Udara 3, Pangkalan Udara Angkatan Laut (Lanudal) Sabang, Lanudal Tanjungpinang, Lanudal Matak, Lanudal Jakarta, Lanudal Juanda Surabaya, Lanudal Kupang, Lanudal Manado, Lanudal Aru, Lanudal Biak, Fasilitas Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan Pesawat Udara (Fasharkan Pesud} Tanjungpinang, Fasharkan Pesud Juanda dengan jumlah 329 orang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan SEM (Stuctural Equation Modelling) dengan program SPSS versi 22.0 dan AMOS versi 22.0.Hasil – Temuan penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa hipotesa direct yaitu Strategic Good Corporate Governance, Human resources management dan Organizational Culture berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance. Hasil penelitian juga memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Strategic Good Corporate Governance, Human resources management berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational culture. Sedangkan hasil dari hipotesa indirect juga berpengaruh yaitu Strategic Good Corporate Governance dan human resource management terhadap organizational performance yang dimediasi oleh Organizational culture.Implikasi – Keterbatasan penelitian Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada kepada anggota yang ada di Puspenerbal saja, lalu banyak indikator pernyataan yang ada di dalam penelitian ini, sehingga terdapat beberapa indikator yang tidak lolos dalam uji kualitas data dan Penelitian ini hanya membahas pengaruh Strategic Good Corporate Governance, human resource management, organizational culture dan organizational performanceImplikasi Praktis – Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan dalam organizational culture harus menjadi prioritas penting bagi seluruh insan perusahaan di pusat penerbangan tentara nasional indonesia angkatan laut dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja manajerialnya, secara terinci aspek manajerial Pihak perusahaan lebih memperhatikan dan memperbaiki Pengendalian Intern agar dapat meningkatkan Perilaku Etis Karyawan sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai, Partisipasi penetapan standar, diperlukan niat baik dan komitmen yang tinggi dari pimpinan perusahaan untuk menerapkan secara tepat system biaya standar sebagai alat manajemen, sistem pengendalian sangat tergantung pada tingkat keyakinan pimpinan perusahaan operasional.Kata kunci – Strategic Good Corporate Governance, human resources management, organizational performance, organizational culture

O Objectives - The main objective of this research is to analyze organizational performance in the Puspenerbal Juanda Surabaya environment; includes Strategic Good Corporate Governance, human resource management, organizational culture.Research Methodology - The research was conducted in the environment of the Puspenerbal Juanda Surabaya, Puspenerbal soldiers and the Surabaya Puspenerbal ranks which included Headquarters Puspenerbal, Air Wing I, Air Wing 2, Air Wing 3, Sabang Naval Air Base (Lanudal), Tanjungpinang Air Base, Matak Air Base, Air Base Jakarta, Surabaya Juanda Air Base, Kupang Air Base, Manado Air Base, Aru Air Base, Biak Air Base, Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Facilities (Fasharkan Pesud} Tanjungpinang, Fasharkan Pesud Juanda with a total of 329 people. The data obtained was analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). with SPSS version 22.0 and AMOS version 22.0.Results – The findings of this study indicate that the direct hypothesis, namely Strategic Good Corporate Governance, Human Resources Management and Organizational Culture, has a positive effect on organizational performance. The results of the study also show that there is an influence of Strategic Good Corporate Governance, Human resource management has a positive effect on organizational culture. While the results of the indirect hypothesis also have an effect, namely Strategic Good Corporate Governance and human resource management on organizational performance mediated by Organizational culture.Implications – Limitations of research This research was only conducted on members of the Puspenerbal, then there were many statement indicators in this study, so there were several indicators that did not pass the data quality test and this research only discussed the influence of Strategic Good Corporate Governance, management human resources, organizational culture and organizational performance.Practical Implications - The results of this study can be used in organizational culture to be an important priority for all company personnel at the Indonesian National Army Aviation Center and Navy in an effort to improve managerial performance, in detail the managerial aspects The company pays more attention to and improves Internal Control in order to improve Ethical behavior Employees so that company goals can be achieved, Participation sets standards, requires goodwill and high commitment from company leaders to apply appropriate system cost standards as management tools, system control is highly dependent on the level of confidence in operational company leaders.Keywords – Strategic Good Corporate Governance, human resource management, organizational performance, organizational culture
