P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian empiris dan menganalisapengaruh servant leadership terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh jobattitude (job satisfaction dan organizational commitment) dan work behavior(employee engagement dan organizational citizenship behavior) padameningkatnya performance perusahaan perhotelan, khususnya hotel BUMN.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif dan survei eksplanatoridengan ukuran sampel sebesar 249 responden. Data diperoleh melalui pengisiankuesioner oleh karyawan pada 13 Hotel BUMN di Indonesia, serta analisis datayang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) denganmenggunakan software pengolahan data Lisrel versi 8.80.Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership, job attitude (jobsatisfaction dan organizational commitment) dan work behavior (employeeengagement dan organizational citizenship behavior) secara simultan berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap job performance dengan kontribusi sebesar 93%.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa job attitude dan work behavior berperan sebagaivariabel mediasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap job performance.Pengaruh servant leadership dengan dimediasi oleh job attitude dan workbehavior memiliki pengaruh lebih tinggi dibandingkan jika servant leadershiplangsung berpengaruh pada job performance. Servant leadership yang dimediasioleh employee engagement berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap jobperformance.Implikasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebuah model untuk melihat faktor yangmempengaruhi job performance karyawan, yaitu job attitude (job satisfaction danorganization commitment) dan work attitude (employee engagement danorganizational citizenship behaviour). Model ini disarankan untuk penelitianselanjutnya dengan unit analisis atau perusahaan jasa lainnya seperti perbankan,rumah sakit, leasing, insurance, dan education.Upaya untuk meningkatkan job performance karyawan Hotel BUMN, khususnyapada task orientation, maka harus meningkatkan servant leadership, terutamabuild community. Peningkatan ini dimediasi secara langsung oleh peningkatanattitude karyawan, yaitu job satisfaction yang tinggi, terutama pada dimensiinstrinsic serta secara tidak langsung dimediasi oleh peningkatan behaviorkaryawan dalam employee engagement terutama pada dimensi fascinated.Penelitian mengenai pengaruh servant leadership yang dimediasi job attitude danwork behaviour pada job performance di industri perhotelan milik BUMN.

T This study aims to perform empirical testing and analyze the effect of servantleadership on job performance mediated by job attitude (job satisfaction andorganizational commitment) and work behavior (employee engagement andorganizational citizenship behavior) on the increasing performance of hospitalityindustry, especially state-owned hotels.The method used is survey descriptive and explanatory survey with sample size of249 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees at 13hotels SOEs in Indonesia. Analysis of the data used Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) using lisrel data processing software version 8.80.The research findings show that servant leadership, job attitude (job satisfactionand organizational commitment) and work behavior (employee engagement andorganizational citizenship behavior) simultaneously have a positive andsignificant effect on job performance with contribution of 93%. This shows thatjob attitude and work behavior act as mediation variable of servant leadershipinfluence on job performance. The effect of servant leadership mediated by jobattitude and work behavior has a higher influence than if servant leadershipdirectly affects job performance. Servant leadership mediated by employeeengagement has the most dominant effect on job performance.The implication in this research is a model to see the factors that influence jobperformance of employees, namely job attitude (job satisfaction and organizationcommitment) and work attitude (employee engagement and organizationalcitizenship behavior). This model is suggested for further research with differentanalytical units or other service companies such as banking, hospitals, leasing,insurance, and education.Efforts to improve job performance of SOEs Hotel employees, especially in taskorientation, must improve servant leadership, especially build community. Thisincrease is mediated directly by the increase in employee attitude, namely highjob satisfaction, especially in the intrinsic dimension and indirectly mediated byincreased employee behavior in employee engagement especially in fascinateddimensions.Originality this research is the investigation of the influence of servant leadershipmediated through job attitude and work behaviour on job performance in stateowned hospitality industry
