T Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategic leadership danresource-based view terhadap organizational performance melalui knowledgemanagement di instansi konstruksi pertahanan.Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam lingkup instansi konstruksi pertahanan Indonesia,dengan jumlah responden 100 buah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan PartialLeast Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan programSmartPLS v.3.2.8.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategic leadership dan resource-based viewmasing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan masing-masing terhadapknowledge management dan organizational performance. Knowledge managementberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational performance. Penelitianini juga menemukan bahwa strategic leadership dan resource-based view masingmasingberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational performancemelalui knowledge management. Pengaruh yang paling dominan dalammeningkatkan knowledge management adalah resource-based view. Pengaruh yangpaling dominan dalam meningkatkan organizational performance adalah resourcebasedview. Indikator paling dominan strategic leadership adalah peran pemimpinsebagai fasilitator dan membangun kompetensi inti yang dinamis; indikator palingdominan resource-based view adalah meningkatkan budaya organisasi dari instansibidang konstruksi pertahanan; indikator paling dominan knowledge managementadalah meningkatkan peran organisasi dalam mengumpulkan informasi dariberbagai sumber; indikator paling dominan organizational performance adalahmeningkatkan kesesuaian hasil kegiatan konstruksi dengan gambar rencana danspesifikasi teknis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa knowledge management hanyaberperan sebagai mediasi parsial terhadap organizational performance baikterhadap strategic leadership maupun resource-based view.Implikasi kebijakan penelitian ini memberikan masukan bagi para pengambilkeputusan dalam upaya mengembangkan organisasi dan kebijakan tentangpengembangan fasilitas prasarana pertahanan.Penelitian yang akan datang disarankan untuk menambah variabel lain sepertibudaya organisasi, pengembangan organisasi, dan kompetensi personel.

T This research purpose was to analyze the effect of strategic leadership andresource-based view on organizational performance through knowledgemanagement in defense construction agencies.This research was conducted within the scope of the Indonesian defenseconstruction agencies, with 100 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed withPartial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using theSmartPLS v.3.2.8 program.This research found that strategic leadership and resource-based view each had apositive and significant effect on knowledge management and organizationalperformance, respectively. Knowledge management has a positive and significanteffect on organizational performance. This research also found that strategicleadership and resource-based view each had a positive and significant effect onorganizational performance through knowledge management. The most dominantinfluence in improving knowledge management is resource-based view. The mostdominant influence in improving organizational performance is resource-basedview. The most dominant indicator of strategic leadership is the role of leaders asfacilitators and building dynamic core competencies; the most dominant indicatorof resource-based view is to improve the organizational culture of the defenseconstruction agency; the most dominant indicator of knowledge management is toincrease the role of organizations in gathering information from various sources;the most dominant indicator of organizational performance is to increase thesuitability of the results of construction activities with the plan drawings andtechnical specifications. This research found that knowledge management only actsas a partial mediation of organizational performance both on strategic leadershipand resource-based view.The policy implications of this research provide input for decision makers in effortsto develop organizations and policies regarding the development of defenseinfrastructure facilities.Future research is suggested to add other variables such as organizational culture,organizational development, and personnel competence.
