J JD.ID Warehouse FMCGMarunda merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang logistik yang mencakup kegiatan penerimaan barang di departemen Inbound, penyimpanan barang di departemen Inventory dan pengepakan barang di departemen Outbound. Fast Moving Customer Goods mencakup Groceries and Health Care, Mother, Baby & Kids Product, Beauty Product. Permasalahan kualitas utama terjadi pada proses picking yang berada di departemen Outbound terhadap kategori produk Groceries yaitu Gulaku Gula Pasir Tebu 1 kg. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan usulan perbaikan kualitas untuk meminimalisir jumlah defective dari produk Gulaku Gula Pasir Tebu 1 kg selama proses picking menggunakan tiga alat kualitas Statistical Process Control (SPC) yaitu, diagram Ishikawa, diagram Pareto, Peta Kendali U. Penggunaan diagram Ishikawa untuk menganalisa penyebab kecacatan utama terhadap produk Gulaku Gula Pasir Tebu 1 kg selama proses picking dengan faktor Man, Machine, Method, Measurement, Material. Penggunaan diagram Pareto digunakan untuk menunjukan jenis kecacatan utama yaitu Sobek dengan persentase sebesar 72.7 %. Peta Kendali U untuk mengevaluasi serangkaian urutan proses picking yang masih menghasilkan produk defective sehingga perlu dilakukan implementasi usulan perbaikan dengan mengatur Task Assignment dengan pertimbangan dimensi produk memberikan training terkait material handling knowledge kepada picker, membuat jadwal 5R menambahkan karet sebagai bumper pada permukaan trolley
J JD.ID Warehouse FMCG Marunda is a company engaged in logistics which includes receiving goods in the Inbound department, storing goods in the Inventory department and packing goods in the Outbound department. Fast Moving Customer Goods include Groceries and Health Care, Mother, Baby & Kids Products, Beauty Products. The main quality problem occurs in the picking process which is in the Outbound department for the Groceries product category, namely Sugar Sugar Cane Sugar 1 kg. The purpose of this study is to propose quality improvements to minimize the number of defective products from Sugar Cane Sugar 1 kg during the picking process using three quality Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools, namely, Ishikawa diagrams, Pareto diagrams, U control maps. The use of Ishikawa diagrams for analyze the main causes of defects in the Sugar Cane Sugar 1 kg product during the picking process with Man, Machine, Method, Measurement, Material factors. The use of Pareto diagrams is used to show the main type of disability, namely Sobek with a percentage of 72.7%. U-Control Map to evaluate a series of picking process sequences that still produce defective products, so it is necessary to implement the proposed improvement by setting a Task Assignment with consideration of product dimensions, providing training related to material handling knowledge to the picker, making a 5R schedule adding rubber as a bumper on the surface of the trolley.
