S Safety talk is a way used to remind employees / workers that K3 is a very important part of the job. Safety talk itself aims to always remind and inform employees / workers of potential hazards in the workplace that can occur and how to control the hazard. The problem that occurs is the lack of attention from workers / employees who work on construction projects that cause high accidents due to it. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the application of safety talk culture to the potential decrease of work accident on construction project. The analysis of this research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this method obtained the most dominant sequence of variables in the application of safety talk culture is Communication, Use of Personal Protective Equipment (APD), Work Procedures and Behavior Emphasis. The order of the most dominant variables in decreasing the potential for the reduction of work accidents are Natural Disasters, Working Equipment, Working Methods and Humans. The relationship between the application of safety talk culture and the potential decrease in occupational accidents shows the result where the safety talk culture is needed in the potential decrease of work accident. The result of the relationship of both obtained the order of the most dominant criteria of communication, working procedures, use of PPE, behavioral suppression, work equipment, natural factors, construction methods and humans.
