Kajian daya tampung beban pencemar sungai Grogol, DKI Jakarta
A A research has been conducted to identify pollutant loads entering Grogol River, to calculate the quality status of Grogol River, to calculate the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) at Grogol River and design scenarios to reduce pollutant loads on the Grogol River. The method used to indentify pollutants by conducting surveys to Grogol River, determination of the quality status is using the pollutant index method. Determination of TMDL and the scenarios simulated used QUAL2Kw application. The parameter used in TMDL calculation is BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand). The results obtained after the identification of pollutants is potential sources of pollutants in the Grogol River dominated by domestic waste. The results of the sample analysis on 10 key parameters are BOD, COD, phosphate, and detergent parameters are the main pollutant parameters in Grogol River. The calculation of Grogol River's quality status using 3 periods data, Grogol River has IP value of 5,137 that indicating moderate pollution. TMDL calculation which is compared to quality standard of DKI Jakarta for class D with maximum value 20 mg /l is Grogol River has no capacity due to pollution load value BOD exceeds the quality standard and pollutant load to be reduced by 21,794 Kg / day or 51% of total pollution load. TMDL information obtained from this research will be used as a basis to manage the quality of Grogol River in DKI Jakarta.A research has been conducted to identify pollutant loads entering Grogol River, to calculate the quality status of Grogol River, to calculate the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) at Grogol River and design scenarios to reduce pollutant loads on the Grogol River.
