Kajian kualitas air Waduk Sunter Barat Jakarta Utara ditinjau dari parameter fisik dan kimia
W Waduk Sunter Barat berada di Jalan Sunter Jaya Kelurahan Paponggo, KecamatanTanjung Priuk Sunter Jakarta Utara terletak antara 1060 20’ 00â€bujur Timur- 060 10’ 00’’Lintang Sel tan.Luas Waduk Sunter Barat ± 1.85 Ha. Untuk mengetahui tingkatpencemaran dari aktivita barat, maka telah dilakukan pengukuran kualitas terhadap kualitas air di waduk sunter ir waduk berupa parameter fisik dan kimia termasuk penentuan kinetika penyisihan COD. Dari hasil analisa tersebut kemudiandibandingkan dengan Baku Mutu PP No. 82 Tahun 2001 Tentang Pengelolaan KualitasAir dan pengendalian Pencemaran Air Golongan III untuk penekanan danpertanian.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April s/d Agustus 2016 dengan 11 titik lokasi pengambilan sampel, yang ditentukan berdasarkan inl t, zona telaaah situ dan outlet. Dari hasil penelitian, waduk telah mengalamii pencemaran berat dengan nilai DO berkisar antara 1.05 mg/l-1.52 mg/l dengan batas minimum baku mutu sebesar 3 mg/l, Ammonia 0.13 mg/l–0.38 mg/l dengan standart baku mutu yaitu 0.02 mg/l, surfaktan (1.74 mg/l-4.63 mg/l) standart baku mutu sebesar 0.2 mg/l dan Fosfat (8 mg/l-1.19 mg/l) dengan baku mutu sebesar 1 mg/l. Selain itu waduk juga dicemari dengan beban berat masuknya kandungan organic dengan nilai COD berkisar antara 112.58 mg/l – 196.39 mg/l. Sedangkan hasil uji kinetika menunjukkan bahwa kandungan organic sebagai CO di dalam waduk dapa diturunkan dengan memberikan suplai oksigen secara kontinyu dengan orde reaksi mendekati orde nol dan konstanta laju reaksi adalah 0.8361 mg/l-jam.Sumber-sumber pencemaran di w duk sunter barat berasal dari buangan limbah domestic. Telah dilakukan juga uji kemampuan penyisihan surfaktan menggunakan tiga perla kuan koagulasi dengan 15 ppm PAC dan menghasilkan penyisihan surfaktan sebesar 5.5%-14.1%, perlakuan koaguasi dengan 15 pm PAC danpenambahan 3 mg/l NaoH ke dalam 200 ml sampel menghasilkan 19.4%-63.1% dan perlakuan koagulasi dengan 15 ppm menghasilkan sebesar 39.6%-73.2%.PAC dan penambahan 100 ppm karbon
T The Sunter Barat reservoir at South Sunter reservoir Street in Sunter Jaya, TanjungPriok districs, North Jakarta, on coordinates located in 1060 20’ 00†East Longitude and060 10’ 00’’ South Latitude. The wide of this reservoir area is 1 .85 Ha. To determine thelevel of contamination of population settlement activity on water quality in the reservoirsunter the w st, it has carried out measurements of reservoir water quality in the form ofphysical and chemical p rameters including the determination of the kinetics of COD.From the analysis results are then compared with the Standard quality PP 82 of 2001 on Water Quality Management and Water Pollution Control Group III for fisheries and agriculture. B sides reservoirs also are polluted with heavy loads inclusion of organic content with CO values ranging between 112.58 mg / l - 196.39 mg / l. While the test resul s showed that the kinetics of organic content as COD inside the reservoir can be reduce by providing a continuous supply of oxygen to te reaction order and approaching the zero-order reaction rateconstant was 0.8361 mg / l hour. It has seen done also test the ability of the allowance for surfactants used three coagulation treatment with 15 ppm PAC and produce surfactant allowance of 5.5% -14.1%, koaguasi treatment with 15 ppm PAC and the addition of 3 mg/l NaOH in 200 ml sample resulted in 19.4% -63.1% and coagulation treatment with 15 ppm PAC and additions 100 ppm of activated carbon yield of 39.6% -73.2%.
