P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organisationalsupport dan organisational commitment terhadap organisational citizenshipbehavior dan dampaknya terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Jamkrindo,Kantor Pusat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probbability randomsampling dengan jumlah kuesioner sebanyak 199. Penelitian ini menggunakanStructural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) perceivedorganisational support berpengaruh positif terhadap organisational citizenshipbehaviour; (2) organisational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadaporganisational citizenship behaviour; (3) perceived organisational supportberpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention; (4) organisational commitmentberpengaruh negatitif terhadap turnover intention dan (5) organisational citizenshipbehavior berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Perusahaan harus terusberupaya meningkatkan perceived organisational support agar dapatmeminimalisir turnover intention dan meningkatkan organisational commitmentagar organisational citizenship behaviour di perusahaan berjalan maksimal yangpada akhirnya akan berdampak pada penurunan turnover intention.
T The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of perceived organisationalsupport and organisational commitment towards organisational citizenshipbehavior, and analyse its impacts on turnover intention of employees of PT.Jamkrindo, Head Office . The samples were taken using the probability samplingtechnique, with a total of 199 quesionnares. This study also uses the StructuralEquation Model, also referred to as SEM. The results of the study showed that:(1) perceived organisational support has a positive impact on organisationalcitizenship behavior; (2) organisational commitment has a positive impact onorganisational citizenship behavior; (3) perceived organisational support has anegative impact on turnover intention; (4) organisational commitment has anegative impact on turnover intention and (5) organisational citizenship behaviorhas a negative impact on turnover intention. Companies must implement efforts toimprove perceived organisational support in order to minimize turnover intentionand increase organisational commitment . Minimising turnover intention andincreasing organizational commitment will ensure that organizational citizenshipbehavior in the company runs optimally, which will ultimately have an impact ondecreasing turnover intention.
