Pengaruh work family conflict, affective organizational commitment, dan work engagement,terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan rumah sakit swasta di Cibinong, Jawa Barat
T Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Family Conflict, Affective Organizational Commitment dan Work Engagement terhadap Turnover Intentionpada Karyawan Rumah Sakit Swasta di Cibinong, Jawa Barat.Data dikumpulkan dari 239 karyawan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Swasta di Cibinong, Jawa Barat dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Berganda dengan software SPSS versi 21. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Work family Conflict terhadap Turnover Intention, terdapat pengaruh negatif Affective Organizational Commitment terhadap Turnover Intention, dan terdapat pengaruh negatif Work Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer untuk menurunkan tingkat variabel Turnover Intention dengan mempertahankan Affective Organizational Commitment dan Work Engagement pada karyawan di Rumah Sakit Swasta di Cibinong, Jawa Barat
T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Work Family Conflict, Affective Organizational Commitment and Work Engagement on Turnover Intention for Private Hospital Employees in Cibinong, West Java. Data were collected from 239 employees working in private hospitals in Cibinong, West Java. The data collection technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study uses Multiple Regression with the SPSS program version 21. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that there is a positive effect of Work family Conflict on Turnover Intention, there is a negative effect of Affective Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention, and there is a negative effect of Work Engagement on Turnover Intention. From the results of thisstudyit is hoped that it can provide input for managers to reduce the level of Turnover Intention by maintaining Affective Organizational Commitment and Work Engagement to employees at Private Hospitals in Cibinong, Java West
