Pengaruh psychological capital, job satisfaction, dan job stress terhadap work engagement pada karyawan PT Nusakura Standarindo
P Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction, dan Job Stress terhadap Work Engagement di PT Nusakura Standarindo. Penelitian ini menggunakan Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction, dan Job Stress sebagai variabel bebas serta Work Engagement sebagai variabel terikat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan dari 165 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Nusakura Standarindo melalui pengisian kuisioner berupa google form dengan menggunakan purposive sampling.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Psychological Capital terhadap Work Engagement dan terdapat pengaruh positif Job Satisfaction terhadap Work Engagement, serta terdapat pengaruh negatif Job Stress terhadap Work Engagement. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan serta mempertahankan Psychological Capital dan Job Satisfaction, mengurangi Job Stress sehingga dapat meningkatkan serta menekan Work Engagement pada karyawan PT Nusakura Standarindo
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction, and Job Stress on Work Engagement at PT Nusakura Standardindo. This study uses Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction, and Job Stress as independent variables and Work Engagement as the dependent variable. The research design used in this study is a quantitative method. Research data were collected from 165 employees who work at PT Nusakura Standarindo through filling out a questionnaire in the form of a google form using purposive sampling.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positive influence of Psychological Capital on Work Engagement and a positive influence of Job Satisfaction on Work Engagement, as well as a negative effect of Job Stress on Work Engagement. The results of this study are expected to increase and maintain Psychological Capital and Job Satisfaction, reduce Job Stress so that it can increase and maintain Work Engagement on employees of PT Nusakura Standardindo
