Pengaruh temporal leadership dan transformational leadership terhadap work engagement yang dimediasi oleh self-efficacy pada karyawan swasta generasi milenial yang bekerja di Sudirman
P Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh temporal leadership dan transformational leadership terhadap work engagement yang dimediasi oleh self-efficacy pada karyawan swasta generasi milenial yang bekerja di Sudirman. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dan pengumpulan data secara cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuisioner yang menghasilkan sebanyak 165 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Tehnik pengolahan data yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta structural equation model (SEM) menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dan AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa temporal leadership berpengaruh positif, transformational leadership berpengaruh positif, self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat menambah implikasi penting bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan work engagement karyawannya dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih mendukung melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang baik juga membangun budaya perusahaan yang positif di mana kolaborasi, dukungan, dan kerja tim dihargai.
T This study aims to analyze temporal leadership and transformational leadership affect work engagement mediated by self-efficacy in millennial generation private employees working in Sudirman. In this study, hypothesis testing and cross-sectional data collection were carried out. This research was conducted quantitatively by distributing questionnaires which resulted in 165 respondents with purposive sampling method. Data processing techniques carried out include validity tests, reliability tests, and structural equation models (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS software. The results showed that temporal leadership has a positive effect, transformational leadership has a positive effect, self-efficacy has a positive effect on work engagement. From the results of the research that has been conducted, it is hoped that it can add important implications for organizations to improve their employees\\\' work engagement by creating a more supportive work environment through a good leadership style as well as building a positive corporate culture where collaboration, support, and teamwork are valued.
