Pengaruh servant leadership,perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement yang dimediasi oleh job crafting pada karyawan PT. Tokopedia di Jakarta
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Work Engagement yang dimediasi oleh Job Crafting. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan 185 responden karyawan PT.Tokopedia di Jakarta dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Data analisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan uji statistik deskriptif dengan software AMOS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Servant Leadership dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Work Engagement yang dimediasi oleh Job Crafting. Implikasi manajerial dari hasil penelitian diharapkan manajer dapat mempertahankan Work Engagement dengan menciptakan keterlibatan atasan dan bawahan, meningkatkan Servant Leadership dengan cara pemimpin mencari solusi kepada karyawannya ketika memiliki masalah, meningkatkan Perceived Organizational Support dengan cara organisasi menunjukkan perhatian lebih kepada anggotanya, serta mempertahankan Job Crafting dengan cara memberikan apresiasi kepada karyawan ketika karyawan mengerjakan tugas lebih.
T This research aims to analyze the influence Servant Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support on Work Engagement mediated Job Crafting. This research purposive sampling surveying 173 employees PT.Tokopedia in Jakarta through analysis methods included descriptive statistical test using structural equation model (SEM) with AMOS version 26. The results indicate significant influence of Servant Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support on Work Engagement mediated Job Crafting. The managerial implication of this research is that it is hoped that managers can maintain Work Engagement by creating supervisor and subordinate involvement, increasing Servant Leadership means of leaders finding solutions to their employees when their employees experience problems, increasing Perceived Organizational Support means of organizations showing more attention to their members, and maintaining Job Crafting by giving awards to employees when employees do more tasks.
