Pengaruh transformational leadership, perceived organisational support, perceived organisational justice terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan PT. LV Logistics Indonesia
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership,perceived organisational support, perceived organisational justice terhadap job satisfaction.Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah transformational leadership, perceived organisational support, perceived organisational justice dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah job satisfaction.Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda. Kriteria pemilihan yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. LV Logistics Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130.Hasil dari penelitian transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap jobsatisfaction.dengan nilai estimasi 0,183. Perceived organisational support berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction dengan nilai estimasi 0,141. Perceived organisational justice berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisaftion dengan nilai estimasi -0,119. Untuk penelitan selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambahkan variabel lain seperti organisational citizenship behavior
