P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership,perceived organisational support, perceived organisational justice terhadap job satisfaction.Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah transformational leadership, perceived organisational support, perceived organisational justice dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah job satisfaction.Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda. Kriteria pemilihan yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. LV Logistics Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130.Hasil dari penelitian transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap jobsatisfaction.dengan nilai estimasi 0,183. Perceived organisational support berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction dengan nilai estimasi 0,141. Perceived organisational justice berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisaftion dengan nilai estimasi -0,119. Untuk penelitan selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambahkan variabel lain seperti organisational citizenship behavior

T This study aims to analyze of transformational leadership, perceived organisationalsupport, perceived organisational justice on job satisfaction. Independent variable in this research is transformational leadership, perceived organisational support, perceived organisational justice and dependent variable in this research is job satisfaction.The method used in this research is non-probability sampling and sampling usingpurposive sampling technique by using multiple regression analysis tool. Criteria that fit with this research is employees at PT. LV Logistics Indonesia with a total sample of 130.Transformational leadership has positive effect on job satisfaction with the estimated value of 0,183. Perceived organisational support has positive effect on job satisfaction with the estimated value of 0,141. Perceived organisational justice has negatife effect on job satisfaction with the estimated value of -0,119. For further research, it is expected to add other variables such as organizational citizenship behavior
