Abstract

K Kepuasan pengguna jalan tol sangatlah berperan penting bagi para pengguna jalan tol. dari mulai kondisi jalan tol, fasilitas yang tersedia, serta tarif yang harus di keluarkan untuk para pengguna jalan tol. Dengan adanya makalah ini untuk melihat kepuasan pengguna. Kepuasan di sini sangat di perhatikan untuk mencapai untuk mencapai suatu kepuasan para pengguna jalan tol tersebut maka harus diperhatikan kondisi jalan tol tersebut, dan kondisi jalan pada Tol Antasari - Depok â€“ Bogor, Jalan tol Jakarta Outer Ring Road I atau JORR I dan Jakarta Outer Ring Road atau JORR. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kepuasan jalan tol atas kondisijalan tol. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut maka dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan sebagai dari hasil perhitungan total index diperoleh bahwa kepuasan yang paling berpengaruh atas jalan tol merupakan variabel dengan peringkat 1 sampai 3. yaitu yaitu Kepuasan kebersihan gerbang tol, Kepuasan dengan kebersihan taman disetiap gerbang tol , Kepuasan dengan rambu-rambu lalulintas disepanjang jalan tol.

T The satisfaction of toll road users plays a very important role for the users of the toll road, from the toll road conditions, the available facilities, as well as the tariff to be issued by the toll road users. The writing of this paper is to see the satisfaction of the users. The satisfaction mentioned is much noticed in order to achieve satisfaction of the toll road users, then the condition of the toll road must be considered, and the road conditions on the Antasari - Depok - Bogor Toll Road, Jakarta Outer Ring Road I Toll Road or JORR I and Jakarta Outer Ring Road II or JORR II. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of the toll road satisfaction over the conditions of the toll road. Based on these purposes, the results of data analysis can be concluded that from the calculation of the total index shows the most influential satisfaction on the toll road is the variablerated from 1 to 3 that is, Satisfaction of toll gate cleanliness, Satisfaction with park cleanliness at each toll gate, Satisfaction with traffic signs along the toll road.
