Abstract

P Perancangan hotel resort di Kuta Bali menerapkan konsep arsitektur Neo-Vernakular yang diterapkan pada pola tata letak massa bangunan yang mengacu pada pola Tri Mandala, bentuk massa bangunan, dan material bangunan. Zona kegiatan pada area utama adalah pura dan unit kamar tidur, area madya untuk kegiatan bersama yaitu fasilitas kolam renang, taman, dan ballroom, area nista sebagai zona pintu masuk dan servis. Tidak hanya vernakular Bali, perancangan juga berdasarkan kondisi sekitar wilayah tapak. Hasil respon dari permasalahan utama tapak yang tidak memiliki akses langsung menuju Pantai Kuta adalah memaksimalkan fasilitas hotel, merancang kolam renang hotel dengan desain penyerupai pantai, menyediakan rooftop garden untuk mendapatkan view matahari terbenam di Pantai Kuta. Lokasi tapak yang berhadapan dengan Pantai Kuta menyebabkan hotel berorientasi ke arah Pantai Kuta. Material yang digunakan adalah material yang berasal dari pengerajin lokal di Bali yaitu batu bata merah.

T The design of hotel resorts in Kuta Bali applies the concept of Neo-Vernacular architecture which is applied to the layout pattern of the building mass which refers to the Tri Mandala pattern, the shape of the building mass, and building materials. The activity zone in the main area is the temple and bedroom units, the intermediate area for joint activities, namely the swimming pool, garden and ballroom facilities, the nista area as the entrance and service zone. Not only vernacular Bali, the design is also based on the conditions around the site. The response to the main problem of the site that does not have direct access to Kuta Beach is maximizing hotel facilities, designing a hotel swimming pool with a beach-like design, providing a rooftop garden to get a sunset view on Kuta Beach. The location of the site facing Kuta Beach causes the hotel to be oriented towards Kuta Beach. The materials used are materials from local craftsmen in Bali, namely red bricks.
