Anteseden e-commerce user satisfaction di industri fashion
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, seperti kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan layanan pengiriman dimana kepuasan pelanggan juga mempengaruhi pembelian ulang, berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah diberikan sebelumnya. Topik kajian e-commerce dipilih karena terkenal dan ada tanda-tanda banyaknya pelanggan yang puas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data yakni melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden menggunakan google form. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden melalui metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dimana responden yang dipilih adalah pengguna aktif E-commerce dan sering berbelanja online. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui sofware SPSS dan AMOS.Penelitian ini menunjukan banyak pengguna E-commerce yang sering berbelanja online Penelitian ini menunjukan banyak pengguna E-commerce yang sering berbelanja online merasa puas apalagi jika didukung oleh kualitas sistem yang mudah digunakan, informasi produk yang lengkap, layanan yang baik, proses pembatalan dan pengembalian uang yang mudah, serta pengiriman yang cepat dan efisien.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Information Quality terhadap E-commerce User Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif antara System Quality terhadap E-commerce User Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif antara Service Quality terhadap E-commerce User Satisfaction, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara Delivery Service terhadap E- commerce User Satisfaction. Namun tidak terdapat pengaruh positif antara Product Quality terhadap E-commerce User Satisfaction.
T This study aims to examine aspects that influence customer satisfaction, such as information quality, system quality, service quality, product quality, and delivery services where customer satisfaction also influences repurchase, based on the background previously given. The topic of e-commerce study was chosen because it is well-known and there are signs of a large number of satisfied customers. The method used in data collection is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents using the Google form. The sample used in this study amounted to 200 respondents through a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique where the selected respondents were active users of E-commerce and often shopped online. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SPSS and AMOS software. This research shows that many E-commerce users who often shop online feel satisfied, especially if it is supported by a quality system that is easy to use, complete product information, good service, easy cancellation and refund processes, and fast and efficient shipping The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between Information Quality on E-commerce User Satisfaction, there is a positive influence between System Quality on E-commerce User Satisfaction, there is a positive influence between Service Quality on E- commerce User Satisfaction, and there is a positive influence between Delivery Service to E- commerce User Satisfaction. However, there is no positive influence between Product Quality on E-commerce User Satisfaction
