T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari work design, organizational culture, work competence terhadap employee performance melalui wok motivation agar dapat dikembangkan dan dibuktikan.. Purposive sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menentukan kriteria tertentu. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 185 Sales Promotion Girl Kosmetik di Jakarta sebagai obyek penelitian. Analisis model persamaan struktural dengan dan hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan Software PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara work design terhadap work motivation. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pengaruh work design terhadap employee performance. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara organizational culture terhadap work motivation. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara organizational culture terhadap employee performance. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara work competence terhadap work motivation. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara work competence terhadap employee performance. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara work motivation terhadap employee performance. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara work design terhadap employee performance melalui work motivation. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara organizational culture terhadap employee performance melalui work motivation. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara work competence terhadap employee performance melalui work motivation.Implikasi manajarial dalam penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pimpinan perlu meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan agar dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya. Misalnya, dengan cara memotivasi untuk berprestasi dengan memberikan imbalan (di luar gaji) yang sesuai bila prestasi karyawan baik, sehingga karyawan akan merasa dihargai kerjanya. Menciptakan budaya kerja & suasana kerja yang nyaman sehingga karyawan akan enjoy saat bekerja. Menanamkan rasa kepercayaan terhadap para karyawan dan memberikan kebebasan kepada mereka untuk mengemukakan pendapat.

T The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work design, organizational culture, work competence on employee performance through work motivation so that it can be developed and proven. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique by determining certain criteria. Respondents in this study were 185 Sales Promotion Girl Cosmetics in Jakarta as the object of research. Structural equation model analysis and hypotheses were tested using PLS software. The results showed that there was no significant effect between work design and work motivation. There is no significant effect between the effect of work design on employee performance. There is a significant influence between organizational culture on work motivation. There is no significant effect between organizational culture on employee performance. There is a significant influence between work competence on work motivation. There is a significant influence between work competence on employee performance. There is no significant effect between work motivation on employee performance. There is no significant effect between work design on employee performance through work motivation. There is no significant effect between organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation. There is no significant effect between work competence on employee performance through work motivation. .The implication manajrial in this study shows that the leadership needs to increase employee motivation in order to further improve their performance. For example, by motivating to excel by providing appropriate rewards (beyond salary) if the employee's performance is good, so that employees will feel appreciated for their work. Creating a work culture & comfortable work atmosphere so that employees will enjoy while working. Instilling a sense of trust in employees and giving them the freedom to express their opinions.
