T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari work design,organizational culture, work competence terhadap employee performance melaluiwok motivation agar dapat dikembangkan dan dibuktikan.. Purposive samplingmerupakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menentukan kriteria tertentu.Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 185Sales Promotion Girl Kosmetik diJakarta sebagai obyek penelitian. Analisis model persamaan struktural dengan danhipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan Software PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkantidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara work design terhadap work motivation.Tidakterdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pengaruh work design terhadap employeeperformance. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara organizational culture terhadapwork motivation. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara organizational cultureterhadap employee performance. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara workcompetence terhadap work motivation. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara workcompetence terhadap employee performance. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikanantara work motivation terhadap employee performance. Tidak terdapat pengaruhsignifikan antara work design terhadap employee performance melalui workmotivation. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara organizational cultureterhadap employee performance melalui work motivation. Tidak terdapat pengaruhsignifikanantara work competence terhadap employee performance melalui workmotivation.Implikasi manajarial dalam penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pimpinan perlumeningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan agar dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya.Misalnya, dengan cara memotivasi untuk berprestasi dengan memberikan imbalan(di luar gaji) yang sesuai bila prestasi karyawan baik, sehingga karyawan akanmerasa dihargai kerjanya. Menciptakan budaya kerja & suasana kerja yang nyamansehingga karyawan akan enjoy saat bekerja. Menanamkan rasa kepercayaanterhadap para karyawan dan memberikan kebebasan kepada mereka untukmengemukakan pendapat.

T The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work design, organizationalculture, work competence on employee performance through work motivation sothat it can be developed and proven. Purposive sampling is a sampling techniqueby determining certain criteria. Respondents in this study were 185 SalesPromotion Girl Cosmetics in Jakarta as the object of research. Structural equationmodel analysis and hypotheses were tested using PLS software. The results showedthat there was no significant effect between work design and work motivation. Thereis no significant effect between the effect of work design on employee performance.There is a significant influence between organizational culture on work motivation.There is no significant effect between organizational culture on employeeperformance. There is a significant influence between work competence on workmotivation. There is a significant influence between work competence on employeeperformance. There is no significant effect between work motivation on employeeperformance. There is no significant effect between work design on employeeperformance through work motivation. There is no significant effect betweenorganizational culture on employee performance through work motivation. Thereis no significant effect between work competence on employee performance throughwork motivation. .The implication manajrial in this study shows that the leadership needs to increaseemployee motivation in order to further improve their performance. For example,by motivating to excel by providing appropriate rewards (beyond salary) if theemployee's performance is good, so that employees will feel appreciated for theirwork. Creating a work culture & comfortable work atmosphere so that employeeswill enjoy while working. Instilling a sense of trust in employees and giving themthe freedom to express their opinions.
