Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi green competitive advantage
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh environmentalorganizational culture, environmental leadership, environmental capability, greeninnovation, green supply chain management, dan green organizational culture terhadapgreen competitive advantage. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitaskarena menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis.Data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporantahunan dan laporan keberlajutan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI) periode tahun 2020 dan 2021. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakanmetode purposive sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pooling dataunbalance. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 369 observasi selama periodetahun 2020 dan 2021. Metode analisis data adalah analisis data kuantitatif denganmenggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujianhipotesis adalah program SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwaenvironmental organizational culture, green innovation, dan green organizationalculture tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap green competitive advantage, sedangkanenvironmental leadership, environmental capability, dan green supply chainmanagement berpengaruh positif terhadap green competitive advantage
T his study aims to analyze the effect of environmental organizational culture,environmental leadership, environmental capability, green innovation, green supplychain management, and green organizational culture on green competitive advantage.This type of research is a causal research because it explains the influence betweenvariables through hypothesis testing. The data used in this study are secondary dataobtained from annual reports and sustainability reports of companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020 and 2021. Methods of takingsample using purposive sampling method, data collection using unbalance datapooling method. The sample that meets the criteria is 369 observations during theperiod 2020 and 2021. The data analysis method is quantitative data analysis usingmultiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is the SPSSversion 22.0 program. The results of this study indicate that environmentalorganizational culture, green innovation, and green organizational culture have nopositive effect on green competitive advantage, while environmental leadership,environmental capability, and green supply chain management have a positive effecton green competitive advantage.
