Peran ewom dan faktor faktor yang mempengaruhinya terhadap itention to revisit pada hotel budget
P enelitain ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran EWOM dalam pengaruh Perceived Quality, Behavior price dan Positive Emotional Experience terhadap intention to revisit pada Hotel Budget. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 250 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data analisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Perceived Quality berpengaruh berpengaruh positif terhadap EWOM. Behavior Price berpengaruh positif terhadap EWOM. Positive emotional Experience berpengaruh positif terhadap EWOM. EWOM berpengaruh positif terhadap Itention to Revisit.
T his research aims to test and analyze the role of EWOM in the influence of Perceived Quality, Behavior price and Positive Emotional Experience on intention to revisit Budget Hotels.
