Formulasi strategi mitigasi risiko rantai pasok di perusahaan distributor otomotif menuju new normal industry setelah pandemic
P PT. ABC Parts merupakan perusahaan distributor sparepart dan pelumaskendaraan di Indonesia. Sepanjang Tahun 2020, perusahaan mengalami banyakkerugian yang disebabkan oleh berbagai kejadian risiko yang tidak termonitor dandiperparah dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19. Sebagai distributor layanan purnajual yang menginterpretasikan aliran rantai pasok sebagai elemen utamaperusahaan, tentunya perusahaan harus mampu untuk menekan berbagai risikorisikoyang mungkin terjadi di dalam rantai pasok, baik yang terjadi sebelumpandemi maupun setelah pandemi berlangsung (New Normal Industry). Sehinggaperusahaan berupaya melakukan perancangan strategi mitigasi risiko denganmenggunakan pendekatan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dan HOR (HouseOf Risk). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan SEM dengan bantuan SoftwareSmartPLS, dan menggunakan HOR 2 fase dalam melakukan perancangan langkahmitigasi risiko. Framework SCOR juga digunakan dalam penelitian untukmelakukan pemetaan aktivitas rantai pasok di awal penelitian. Pada penelitian iniSEM digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara risiko proses danvaliditas serta reliabilitas elemen risiko pendukung di belakangnya. SedangkanHOR I digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dominance risk agent pada perusahaanberdasarkan input penilaian pakar pada dimensi severity dan occurrence yangtelah diagregasikan. HOR II kemudian digunakan untuk mengevaluasi risiko danmembangun rancangan langkah mitigasi dengan mempertimbangkan efektivitaslangkah mitigasi terhadap agen risiko lainnya serta kemudahan implementasi darilangkah mitigasi itu sendiri. Kemudian langkah mitigasi risiko diklasifikasikanberdasarkan risiko regular dan new normal untuk mengidentifikasi strategimitigasi risiko yang diperlukan perusahaan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini,didapatkan hasil rancangan langkah mitigasi sebanyak 35 preventive actiondengan jenis strategi mitigasi risiko risk reduction untuk risiko regular dancampuran antara strategi risk transfer dengan risk reduction untuk menghadapirisiko era new normal industry. Selain itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap risikodari sub proses (warehousing, order handling, delivery, dan return) memilikihubungan positif dan signifikan satu dengan lainnya dalam peningkatan risikopada rantai pasok PT. ABC Parts.
P PT. ABC Parts is a distributor company for spare parts and vehicle lubricants inIndonesia. Throughout 2020, the company experienced many losses caused byvarious risk events that were not monitored and were exacerbated by the COVID-19pandemic. As an after-sales service distributor that interprets the flow of the supplychain as the heart of the company. PT. ABC Parts need to push the organization toreduce various risks that may occur in their supply chain comprehensively, both thosethat occur before the pandemic and post pandemic era (New Normal Industry). Toanswer this condition, company aimed to design risk mitigation initiatives using theSEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and HOR (House Of Risk) approach. This studyused a SEM approach with the help of SmartPLS software, and uses 2-phase of HORin designing risk mitigation measures. The SCOR framework was also used in thisstudy for mapping the supply chain activities at the beginning of the study. In thisstudy, SEM was also used to identify the relationship between process risk and thevalidity also reliability of the supporting risk elements behind it. Meanwhile, HOR Iwas also used to identify the dominance risk agent in a company based on expertjudgment input on the dimensions of severity and occurrence that have beenaggregated. HOR II was then used to evaluate risks and build a design for mitigationmeasures by considering the effectiveness of mitigation measures against other riskagents as well as the ease of implementation of the mitigation measures themselves.Based on this research, the results of the design of mitigation resulted in as many as35 preventive actions and conclusion of risk reduction strategy for facing regular riskof the company and mix between risk reduction and risk transfer for facing newnormal industry risk. In addition, it can be concluded that every risk of the subprocesses(warehousing, order handling, delivery, and return) has a significant andpositive relationship with one another in increasing the risk of the company’s supplychain.
