Abstract

F Faktor psikososial lingkungan kerja sering kali diabaikan oleh karyawan maupun perusahaan. Faktor psikososial lingkungan kerja yang buruk dapat menyebabkan stres kerja, hal tersebut terjadi akibat akumulasi stresor pada diri karyawan. Gejala stres kerja salah satunya yaitu, sulit berkonsentrasi dan mudah lelah. Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor psikososial lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja pada karyawan.METODEPenelitian observasional analitik dengan desain studi potong lintang (cross-sectional) menggunakan kuesioner COPSOQ-II dan SDS pada 112 karyawan di LPDB KUMKM pada tahun 2021. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan diolah dengan program SPSS dengan tingkat kemaknaan yang digunakan 0,005.HASILHasil analisis antara faktor psikososial lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja pada karyawan didapatkan nilai p = 0,000 yang menunjukan terdapat hubungan bermakna (p < 0,005). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara faktor psikososial lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja pada karyawan.KESIMPULANPenelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara faktor psikososial lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja pada karyawan.

P Psychosocial factor in the work environment are often ignore by employees and companies. Pyschosocial factor in a bad work environment can cause stress at work, due to stressors accumulate in employees. One of the symptoms of stress at work is difficulty concentrating and fatigue. This response can result in a decrease in employee performance and productivity. This study was conducted to find the relationship between psychosocial factor in work environment and stress at work on employees.METHODSThis is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design using the COPSOQ-II and SDS questionnaires on 112 employees at LPDB KUMKM in 2021. Data are analyzed using Chi-Square test and processed with the SPSS program with significance level of 0,005.RESULTSThe results of the analysis between psychosocial factor in the work environment and stress at work on employees obtained a value of p = 0,000 which indicates a significant relation (p < 0,005). So, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between psychosocial factor in the work environment and stress at work on employees.CONCLUSIONSThis study showed that there is a significant relationship between psychosocial factor in the work environment and stress at work on employees.
