P Pengukuran kinerja Pengadaan (procurement) sangat penting karena procurement bertanggung jawab mengadakan barang/jasa yang dibutuhkari dan secara Iangsung dapat mempengaruhi profitabilitas perusahaan dalam proses pengadaan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang model pengukuran kinerja procurement, dengan studi kasus di PT Heinz ABC Indonesia (Heinz ABC). Heinz ABC adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi makanan dan minuman, antara lain Kecap, Samba', Ikan Sarden Kaleng, Sirup, Minuman Jus, dsb. Heinz ABC adalah perusahaan multinasional dengan lebih dari 3.000 karyawan di Indonesia. Sebagai perusahaan yang berafiliasi secara global dengan H.J. Heinz Co. di Amerika Serikat, Heinz ABC turut menerapkan konsep Management By Objectives (MBO) sebagai metode men i ukur kinerja karyawan yang juga digunakan oleh afiliasi lain. Infrastruktur pengukuran kinerja yang digunakan adalah tabel data hasil lapOraii system Heinz ABC dan keinudiaii diiiii§ukan kedalain dashboard KPI Procurement. Hasil verifikasi model menunjukan bahwa logika model telah sesuai dengan tujuan pemodelan. Model dinyatakan valid oleh ahli, yaitu dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dengan beberapa penyesuaian proses dan infrastruktur pengukuran kinerj a.

Heinz ABC is a company that produces food and beverages, including Soy Sauce, Samba', Canned Sardines, Syrup, Juice Drinks, etc. Heinz ABC is a multinational company with more than 3,000 employees in Indonesia. As a globally affiliated company with H.J. Heinz Co. in the United States, Heinz ABC also applies the concept of Management By Objectives (MBO) as a method of measuring employee performance that is also used by other affiliates.
