P Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Occupational Stress dan Person-Environment Fit terhadap Turnover Intention dengan mediasi Organizational Commitment pada pekerja Millenials di SCBD. Data dikumpulkan dari 175 responden melalui survei kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Hasil menunjukkan Occupational Stress memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, sementara Person-Environment Fit memiliki pengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan. Organizational Commitment memediasi hubungan antara Occupational Stress dan Turnover Intention, tetapi tidak memediasi hubungan antara Person-Environment Fit dan Turnover Intention.Implikasi manajerial meliputi pencegahan Occupational Stress dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan mendukung, serta mempertahankan Organizational Commitment melalui peluang pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi yang positif. Untuk menjaga Person-Environment Fit, perusahaan perlu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi dan memberikan kesejahteraan karyawan.

T This study analyzes the impact of Occupational Stress and Person-Environment Fit on Turnover Intention with the mediation of Organizational Commitment among Millennial workers in SCBD. Data was collected from 175 respondents through a questionnaire survey and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results show that Occupational Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, while Person-Environment Fit has a negative but not significant effect. Organizational Commitment mediates the relationship between Occupational Stress and Turnover Intention but does not mediate the relationship between Person-Environment Fit and Turnover Intention.Managerial implications include preventing Occupational Stress by creating a healthy and supportive work environment, and maintaining Organizational Commitment through career development opportunities and a positive organizational culture. To maintain a positive Person-Environment Fit, companies need to create a motivating work environment and provide employee welfare.
