Pengaruh organizational commitment dan organizational culture terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi employee engagement pada karyawan industri radio di jakarta.
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi Employee Engagement pada karyawan industri radio di Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dari 220 responden industri radio di Jakarta dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan Convenience Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mencari rata-rata dan untuk pengujian hipotesis serta Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan SPSS dan Amos. Sebelum diuji, instrumen telah diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas dan hanya instrumen pernyataan yang valid yang digunakan untuk penelitian, serta telah dilakukan pengujian model Goodness of Fit (GoF). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee performance, Organizational Culture berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, dan Employee Engagement tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung Employee Engagement dapat memediasi pengaruh Organizational Commitment terhadap Employee Performance dan Employee Engagement dapat memediasi pengaruh Organizational Culture terhadap Employee Performance. Dari penelitian ini, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan pengaruh bagi perusahaan kedepannya guna meningkatkan Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, dan Employee Performance.
T This study aims to analyze the impact of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, with Employee Engagement as a mediator among employees in the radio industry in Jakarta. Data were collected from 220 respondents in the radio industry in Jakarta using Convenience Sampling. Data analysis involved descriptive quantitative statistics to determine averages and hypothesis testing, as well as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SPSS and Amos. Before testing, the instruments were validated and reliable, with only valid statements used for the research, and a Goodness of Fit (GoF) model test was conducted. The results indicate that Organizational Commitment positively affects Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment positively affects Employee Performance, Organizational Culture positively affects Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture positively affects Employee Performance, and Employee Engagement does not positively affect Employee Performance. Additionally, Employee Engagement can mediate the impact of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance and can also mediate the impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. This study is expected to provide insights for companies to enhance Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, and Employee Performance in the future.
