The purpose of this research is to analyze the development of base sector in Solor Island area, East Flores regency, NTT Province based on the potential and constraints of its development and its spreading in Solor Island area space. The analysis in this research is related to the analysis of potential and obstacles of the development of base sector in Solor Island area consist of demography, policy and spatial aspects as well as identification of land suitability of each base sector in Solor Island area space.
