Analisis struktur statis chassis rear dump truck dengan perhitungan total deformation & von-mises stress terhadap pengujian static structural dan modal di aplikasi ansys
P Proses analisa terhadap chassis Rear Dump Truck dilakukan melalui proses pengujian terhadap struktur dari rangka Chassis. Perancangan 2D Model Chassis dilakukan di AUTOCAD, lalu 3D Model dibuat di ANSYS. Pengujian tersebut berupa pengujian Total deformation, pengujian Von-mises stress, dengan menambahkan tekanan dan getaran pada Chassis melalui aplikasi ANSYS dengan memvariasikan bentuk Crossmember menjadi C channel, I/IWF channel, dan Hollow Rectangular/Box channel. Selanjutnya setelah menemukan bentuk Crossmember dengan sifat mekanis paling baik, memvariasikan Model 3D ke 3 ketebalan (thickness) dari Side member. Hasil pengujian dilakukan di ANSYS (Static Structural & Modal), untuk mengetahui persentase perbedaan/selisih antara Von-mises stress dengan Yield strength, lalu juga perbandingan analisa peningkatan getaran pada Chassis, dengan nilai variable Stress maksimal yang dicapai tiap variasi struktur. Diharapkan dari pengujian ini dapat ditemukan bentuk 3D Model dengan Material dan jenis Crossmember yang paling baik pada kondisi yang ditentukan, pada Chassis truk yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
T The analysis process of the Rear Dump Truck chassis is carried out through a process of testing the structure of the Chassis frame. The 2D Chassis Model design was carried out at AUTOCAD, then the 3D Model was created at ANSYS. The tests are in the form of Total deformation testing, Von-mises stress testing through the applied of Force and Vibration through the ANSYS application by varying the shape of the Crossmember into C channel, I/IWF channel, and Hollow Rectangular / Box channel. Furthermore, after finding the Crossmember shape with the best mechanical properties, varying the 3D Model to 3 thicknesses of the Side member. The test results were carried out at ANSYS (Static Structural & Modal), to determine the percentage difference / difference between Von-miser stress and Yield strength, then also a comparison about analysis of the increase in vibration on the chassis, with the maximum stress variable value achieved by each structural variation. It is hoped that from this test it can be found the form of a 3D Model of the Chassis structure with the best Material and type of Crossmember under the specified conditions on the Truck Chassis, which can be accounted for.
