P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intellectual capital, operating capacity, komisaris independen dan ukuran direksi terhadap financial distress dengan sales growth sebagai pemoderasi pada perusahaan sektor hotel,restoran, rekreasi dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh negatifterhadap financial distress. Operating capacity, komisaris independen dan ukurandireksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Sales growth sebagai pemoderasi tidak memperkuat pengaruh negatif intellectual capital, operating capacity, komisaris independen dan ukuran direksi terhadap financial distress.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital, operating capacity,independent commissioner and size of director on financial distress with sales growth as moderation in hotel, restaurant, recreation and tourism sectors companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. Hypothesis testing is done by using regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the intellectual capital have a negative effect on financial distress. Operating capacity, independent commissioners and size of director have no effect on financial distress. Sales growth as a moderator does not strengthen the negative effect of intellectual capital, operating capacity, independentcommissioners and size of directors on financial distress.
