T Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh High Performance WorkSystem terhadap Organizational Performance melalui Employee Innovation danEmployee Voice. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dengan posisijabatan level manajemen pada pada 3 perusahaan rokok terbesar di DKI jakarta. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan totalsampel sebanyak 112 responden karyawan dengan posisi jabatan level manajemendi perusahaan rokok terbesar di DKI Jakarta (PT. Gudang Garam, PT. Sampoerna, PT. Djarum). Analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural EquationModelling) memakai bantuan software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) danuntuk analisis Statistik Deskriptif dengan memakai bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh High Performance WorkSystem terhadap Employee Voice, High Performance Work System terhadapEmployee Innovation, Employee Voice terhadap Employee Innovation, EmployeeVoice terhadap Organizational Performance, Employee Innovation terhadapOrganizational Performance, High Performance Work System terhadapOrganizational Performance, High Performance Work System terhadapOrganizational Performance melalui Employee Voice dan High Performance WorkSystem terhadap Organizational Performance melalui Employee Innovation. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah Pertama, perusahaan memberikantunjangan internet dan pulsa, tunjangan, penggantian biaya penitipan anak, beasiswa, fasilitas fitness membership. Kedua, perusahaan melakukan diskusidengan karyawan melalui forum group discussion, seminar dan trainning. Ketiga, untuk menjaga hubungan baik antar karyawan perusahaan maka dapat melakukanbeberapa kegiatan yang membangkitkan kebersamaan dan rasa saling menghargaiantar karyawan seperti Ghatering, Potluck, Outing, Fun Games. Terakhir, perusahaan mempertahankan karyawan dengan cara memberikan feedback danapresiasi terhadap pencapaian kinerja karyawan serta membuka peluangkesempatan berkarir bagi karyawan

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the High Performance WorkSystem on Organizational Performance through Employee Innovation andEmployee Voice. The population in this study were employees with managementlevel positions at the 3 largest cigarette companies in DKI Jakarta. The samplingmethod used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 112 employeerespondents with management level positions at the largest tobacco companies inDKI Jakarta (PT. Gudang Garam, PT. Sampoerna, PT. Djarum). Data analysisused SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis using AMOS (Analysis ofMoment Structure) software and for Descriptive Statistics analysis using SPSS 25software. The results showed that there was an effect of High Performance WorkSystem on Employee Voice, High Performance Work System to EmployeeInnovation, Employee Voice to Employee Innovation, Employee Voice toOrganizational Performance, Employee Innovation to OrganizationalPerformance, High Performance Work System to Organizational Performance, High Performance Work System to Organizational Performance through EmployeeVoice and High Performance Work System to Organizational Performance throughEmployee Innovations. The managerial implications of this research are First, thecompany provides internet and phone credit allowances, allowances, child carereimbursement, scholarships, fitness membership facilities. Second, the companyholds discussions with employees through group discussion forums, seminars andtraining. Third, to maintain good relations between company employees, they cancarry out several activities that generate togetherness and mutual respect amongemployees, such as Ghatering, Potluck, Outing, Fun Games. Finally, the companyretains employees by providing feedback and appreciation for employeeperformance achievements and by opening up career opportunities for employee.
