Pengaruh religiosity, occupational stress, job attitude terhadap organizational behavior pada PT Bank BNI Syariah (Cabang Bendungan Hilir)
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Religiosity, Occupational Stress, Job Attitude terhadap Organizational Behavior. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 55 karyawan PT Bank BNI Syariah (Cabang Bendungan Hilir). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan (1) religiosity (β = 0.221, p = 0.025 < 0.05), (2) occupational stress (β = 0.305, p = 0.002 < 0.05), (3) job attitude (β = 0.487, p = 0.000 < 0.05), berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational behavior.
T his study aimed to analyze the influence of Religiosity, Occupational Stress, Job Attitude on Organizational Behavior. Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 55 employees of PT Bank BNI Syariah (Branch Bendungan Hilir). The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling by using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate (1) religiosity (β = 0221, p = 0.025 <0.05), (2) occupational stress (β = 0305, p = 0.002 <0.05), (3) job attitude (β = 0487, p = 0.000 <0.05), positive influence on organizational behavior.
