P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Innovation, Organizational Commitment, dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Organizational Perfomance. Data dikumpulkan dari karyawan PT. Resik Mitra Anugerah sebanyak 117 responden, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode analisis data menggunakan metode regresi berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Organizational Innovation berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Perfomance, begitu juga dengan Organizational Commitment dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Performance. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai informasi bagi perusahaan terkait dan menjadi acuan bagi penelitian lainnya.
T The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of Organizational Innovation, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Performance. Data were collected from employees of PT. Resik Mitra Anugerah as many as 117 respondents, the sampling method used purposive sampling and the data analysis method used multiple regression methods which were processed using SPSS. The results of this research conclude that Organizational Innovation has an influence on Organizational Performance, as well as Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction has an influence on Organizational Performance. The benefit of this research is as information for related companies and as a reference for next research.
