K Kebutuhan air bersih selalu menlngkat sejalan dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk setiap tahun dan perkembangan zaman. Untuk menghitung proyeksl penduduk kota Tangerang digunakan tiga metode, yaitu metode aritmetika, geometrik dan least square. Metode proyeksi Jumlah penduduk yang terpilih adalah metode geometrik dan memberikan jumlah penduduk kota Tangerang pada tahun 2010 sebesar 1.875.359 jiwa dan tahun 2020 sebesar 2.681.381 jiwa.Perencanaan pengembangan sistem air bersih koa Tangerang dibagl dalam dua tahap pembangunan dengan cakupan pelayanan pada akhir tahap I (tahun 2010) sebesar 39% (/36.507 jiwa) dan ditingkatI‹an menjadi 40% (1.075.125 jiwa).Hasil analisis data PDAM tahun 2000 memberikan faktor hari maksimum sebesar 1,2 dan faktor jam puncak sebesar 1,2 dan kehilangan air pada sistem distribusi sebesar 20% . Kebutuhan air rata-rata sebesar 2.096,25 liter/detik (Tahun 2010) dan 3.134,43 liter/detik (Tahun 2020). Kebutuhan hari maksimum sebesar 2.515,5 liter/detik (Tahun 2010) dan 3.793,71 liter/detik (tahun 2020). Kapasitas IPA untuk PDAM Kotamadya Tangerang sebesar 730 liter/detik (2020), sedangkan PDAM Kabupaten sebesar 3.064 liter/detik (2020)Sistem jaringan pipa distribusi air bersih Kota Tangerang menggunakan sistem melingkar dan ber‹abang sesuai dengan pob arah perkembangan Kota Tangerang dan pola penyebaran penduduk Kota Tangerang. 3enis pipa yang digunakan adalah PVC dengan diameter antara 150 mm sampai dengan 850 mm dengan total panjang pipa sebesar 22.400 m.Berdasarkan topografi kota Tangerang maka digunakan sistem pengaliran pemompaan menggunakan 2 reservoir (Mekarsari dan Cikokol) dengan sumber air dari sungai Cisadane. Kapasitas reservoir yang ada belum mencukupi sehingga perlu adanya penambahan kapasitas reservoir set 1.500 M*.Total anggaran biaya da)am merencanakan jaringan pipa Induk distribusl air bersih Kota Tangerang pada akhir tahap perencanaan (tahun 2020) diperkiral‹an sebesar Rp. 23.897.529.250,00 meliputi biaya koostruksi dan pengadaan atau Rp. 105.000,00 per sambungan.
T The Demand of clean water always increasing as the growth of the population in every year and the growth of the ages. To calculate the number of people in city of Tangerang There’s three methods, witch is arithmetic method, geometric method and least square. In this case the method that in use is geometric method and it give a result of the number of people in city of tangerang in the year of 2010 are 1.875.359 and in the year of 2020 are 2.681.381.The planning of clean water system in City of Tangerang had separate into two phase of planning with the service area in the end of the first phase (2010) are 39% (736.507 people) and will increase became 40% ( 1.075.125 people)The data analysis result of PDAM in the year of 2000 gave a MaximumDay Factor is 1,2 and Peak Hour Factor is 1,2 and Water Head loss in distribution system Is 20%. The average of water demand is 2.096,25 lit/sec (year 2010) and 3.134,43 lit/sec (year 2020). Maximum day demand is 2.515,5 lit/sec (year 2010) and 3.793,71 llt/ tY T 2020). The water installation capacity of PDAM Kotamadya Tangerang is 730 lit/sec (2020), while PDAM Kabupaten capacity is3.064 lit/sec (2020).The distribution of dean water pipe network system city of Tangerang used bop and branch system that following the direction of growth Tangerang city and the pattern of spreading people. The type of pipe, which’s used, is The PVC pipe with diameter between 150 mm to 850 mm with the toal length 22.400 meters.According city topographic of Tangerang so pump flowing system using to reservoir (Nekarsari and Cikokol) with water source from Cisadane river. The reservoir capacity which exist was not enough yet so need to increasing the reservoir capacity for 1.500 meters cubicThe total cost in ctean water network pipe distribution planning city of Tangerang in the end of final phase (2020) is predioed Rp 23.897.szg.uo,oo induding construction cost or Rp 105.000,00 each connections.
